Goeman&#8217;s controller, John Sonn, was named president of Pallet USA as part of the acquisition. The purchase includes Goeman&#8217;s 65,000 square foot manufacturing facility in Hartford and Pallet USA&#8217;s corporate headquarters will be moved from Lannon to \u00a0Hartford.
