Chocks have distinct concave shape so it can perfectly fit into the wheels' circular nature.

Chocks are sturdy warehouse gears used to prevent wheels from rolling inadvertently. These gears are usually made with high quality materials such as molded rubber, steel and/or urethane with protective coating. Chocks are generally set behind or in front of the wheels to provide added support and power when setting the vehicles brake.

Wheel chock has concave profile so it can fit perfectly on the wheel’s circular nature. Some chocks feature built-in towing attachments such as rope, chain, eye bolt or metal handle for ease of mobility, while other has holes wherein chains and ropes can be inserted to. Chocks are available in bright colors such as yellow and orange for maximum visibility. However, there are also black wheel chocks which are usually made with recycled materials.

Chocks are frequently used on airports, train stations, parking areas, commercial and residential garages.
