For compact storage and easy accessibility by forklift, the latest range of MECO self dumping hoppers are designed to be stackable. Interlocking stacking guides at the base of the units allow the safe stacking of up to three units of the same size.

All of MECO’s self dumping hoppers come standard in a high visibility orange enamel finish. If desired, they can also be ordered in unobtrusive gray enamel. Medium, heavy and extra heavy duty models have interior load capacities of between 1/4 cubic yards all the way up to a massive 5 cubic yards in an extra heavy duty model, 3 cubic yards in some heavy duty models and 2 1/2 cubic yards in the medium duty styles.  Low profile models are also available.

When the locking mechanism is disengaged, the self dumping hoppers tilt to an angle well below horizontal, allowing for complete removal of the materials inside. Then, the self-balancing hopper automatically returns to its upright position.

The MECO range of self dumping hoppers includes medium to extra-heavy duty models. Medium duty hoppers serve a multitude of handling purposes, from moving large quantities of loose materials from place to place to the removal of waste from the factory or warehouse floor to the dumpsters outside. With a load capacity of up to 4000 lbs, these self dumping hoppers are constructed of continuously welded 12 gauge steel for extra strength and containment of liquids.

Extra heavy duty models can carry up to 6000 lbs of materials easily. Double-welded seams and 1/4 inch 7 gauge steel construction ensures durability and reliability under the most abusive of working conditions.
