This year’s second quarter issue of the MHEDA Journal sports an article on the achievements of material handling icon Howard Bernstein.
Mr. Bernstein has been engaged in the material handling industry for over 60 years. He served as president of the Material Handling Equipment Distributors Association in 1965 and holds the longest tenure among MHEDA board members. He is currently working on a scholarship project for colleges offering courses on industrial distribution.
“Howard is the icon for the importance of independent dealerships. He has been instrumental in building the foundation from which we have all benefited,” Carolina Handling CEO Tim Hilton related in a press statement.
