Companies must realize that training is necessary for their forklift operators and other material handling equipment operators for a safe workplace. Training is not only for the purpose of compliance on the rules and regulations set by a specific agency in charge but for their own safety.

A re-training must be done in cases where the company changes the condition of the workplace. It should be a part of the daily to inspect the working area for any changes that can affect the safety of operators and other workers.
